Commercial Lawnmower services all makes sold at our store.

RECOMMENDED SERVICE PACKAGE

ENGINE SERVICE:

  • Change oil and replace filter
  • Clean and adjust carburetor, rebuild if necessary
  • Replace spark plug and test compression
  • Inspect air filter(s), replace if needed
  • Adjust governor and throttle linkage, lube cables
  • Clean cylinder cooling fins

CUTTING DECK:

  • Sharpen and balance blades
  • Inspect blade spindles, bearings, and pulleys, grease all zerks
  • Inspect belts, idler pulley(s), and adjust belt tension
  • Level mower deck and check overall condition

GENERAL:

  • Inspect transmission, top off fluids, adjust traction
  • Inspect engine to deck and transmission belt
  • Adjust tire pressure to factory settings
  • Inspect and lubricate caster wheels, bearings and/or bushings
  • Lubricate and adjust chains (if applicable)
  • Check safety switches and guards for correct function and alignment
  • Clean and inspect battery connections

Examples of additional repairs that may be recommended based on inspection:

  • Engine valve adjustment
  • Removal of carbon deposits on cylinder head
  • Hydraulic transmission oil and filter change
  • Blade spindle repair or replacement
  • Belt replacement
