About Us

As the name implies, the store was established to cater to contractors and landscape professionals, but that changed almost immediately. We brought in residential equipment in response to ever increasing demand. With the continued growth of the surrounding neighborhoods the homeowner market was wide open.

Our original store on Plymouth Road near Wayne Road underwent several expansions over the years to keep up with our business growth. When we finally reached the point where the store could not be made any larger the decision was made to move to a new location.

In April of 2000 we opened the doors of our new building located at 32098 Plymouth Road, about a mile and a half East of the original store. With approximately four times the space we are able to keep more merchandise in stock with the majority of it assembled and ready to go. This results in faster turnaround for our customers. We have also expanded both the parts and service departments, allowing for increased inventory and efficiency along with a larger staff to assist you.
